“To believe or not to believe, is a problem. To leave or to conceive is another problem. To ascertain and to achieve is to solve the problem.” ― A. Saleh
Our #26th CSuitism is called Dillemism and has its origins in the phrase " Dillemas of the Modern Man".
I learnt in management about the power of decision making. Decision making under uncertainty or with very limited options can not be solved scientifically - it needs a special talent, different skills and unfortunately they are not taught in Business Schools.
“Whatever I learned, Whatever I knew, Seems like those faded years of childhood that flew, Away in some dilemma, Always in some confusion, The purpose of this life, Seems like an illusion!” ― Mehek Bassi, Chained: Can you escape fate?
This one is for the Chief in the C Suite:
"A king, realizing his incompetence, can either delegate or abdicate his duties. A father can do neither. If only sons could see the paradox, they would understand the dilemma."

Faced with forced choices and tough decisions - C Suite Members will do well to remember this quote:
"There's a woman I see who's not my therapist, but she's like an old friend who's a therapist in profession. She lets me talk to her like a therapist once in a while, and she does a great thing. Whenever I have a big dilemma, like this is a big problem in my life, she always says, 'Wow, you're going to have to figure that out."
